EyePoint Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: EYPT) has completed a public offering of 10,465,000 shares at $11.00 per share, raising approximately $115.1 million, post-underwriting expenses. The offering included an option for underwriters to purchase an additional 1,365,000 shares. The net proceeds will support the advancement of EYP-1901 for treating wet AMD, pipeline, commercial programs, and general corporate purposes. Cowen and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
EyePoint intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the advancement of EYP-1901 for wet AMD, for pipeline and commercial programs, and for general corporate purposes.
