(NYSE: EVA) (“Enviva”) today announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.86 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2021, resulting in an annual dividend for 2021 of $3.30. The fourth quarter of 2021 dividend represents a 10.3% increase from the fourth quarter of 2020. The quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, February 25, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Monday, February 14, 2022.
