Emerson Reports Third Quarter 2023 Results; Updates 2023 Outlook
- Emerson reports a 14% increase in net sales for Q3 2023 compared to the same period last year. Pretax earnings and adjusted segment EBITA also show significant growth of 101% and 31% respectively. The company's GAAP earnings per share increased by 171% and adjusted earnings per share increased by 40%. Operating cash flow and free cash flow increased by 76% and 83% respectively. The company expects a net sales growth of approximately 10.5% for fiscal year 2023. Guidance figures for earnings per share, operating cash flow, and free cash flow are also provided.
