Endeavour Mining has announced a share buyback transaction conducted on February 14, 2025. The company purchased 45,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,754.00 to 1,800.00 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,784.46 GBp.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, Endeavour will have no ordinary shares in treasury and 243,317,697 ordinary shares in issue, which represents the total voting rights in the company. These purchases are part of the company's buyback programme announced on March 20, 2024.

London, 17 February 2025 – Endeavour Mining plc (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV) (“the Company”) announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each from Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the Company will have no ordinary shares in treasury and 243,317,697 ordinary shares in issue. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
These share purchases form part of the Company's buy-back programme announced on 20 March 2024.
