CoreCivic Enters Into Amendment and Extension of Bank Credit Facility
- CoreCivic announces the Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, increasing the bank credit facility to $400 million. The facility includes a $125 million term loan and a $275 million revolving credit facility. The maturity date is extended to October 11, 2028. (NYSE: CXW) ("CoreCivic") announced today it entered into a Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated October 11, 2023, by and among CoreCivic, as Borrower, certain lenders party thereto from time to time, and the administrative agent for the lenders, or the New Bank Credit Facility.
