Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) has announced the appointment of Ekta Singh-Bushell to its board of directors, effective June 14, 2024. Singh-Bushell is a distinguished business leader who recently served as deputy to the first vice president and chief operating officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She brings extensive experience in data, security, and services. Singh-Bushell's prior roles include approximately 17 years at Ernst & Young in various leadership positions, such as global client services partner and global information security officer.
