The announcement comes after a successful Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 wherein EasyVista expanded its customer base to more than 3,200 companies worldwide and completed the acquisitions of Goverlan and ServiceNav.
The expanded executive leadership team will further enable EasyVista to build on its market leadership position, grow its footprint via strategic acquisitions, double its revenue by 2025, strengthen and grow teams by attracting new talent, and continue product innovations culminating in a leading end-to-end service experience management solution.
“As EasyVista enters in a new growth phase, we are very excited to pass the torch on to Patrice, a talented and experienced leader, said Sylvain Gauthier and Jamal Labed, co-founders of EasyVista. With Patrice at the helm, together with the rest of our leadership team and employees, we are confident that he will successfully deliver on EasyVista’s international growth ambitions.
Prior to joining EasyVista, Barbedette founded the successful SaaS company Jobpartners, which was later sold to Taleo and subsequently Oracle, where he then served as Senior Vice President of HR Solutions. He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to his CEO role with EasyVista, where he will be responsible for expanding the team by attracting great talents and accelerating global growth in EasyVista’s cloud solutions and recurring revenue, positioning EasyVista to accelerate innovation across its platform and product portfolio.
Erwann Le Ligné, Managing Director at Eurazeo said: “This new stage for EasyVista fits well in the roadmap we laid out with Jamal Labed and Sylvain Gauthier. The project ahead for EasyVista is congruent with our investment strategy and aims to accelerate and enrich its offering and its international reach. With two technology acquisitions in less than one-year, leading financial partners at our side, and the arrival of the new executive team, EasyVista is fully prepared to achieve its ambitions.
Strenghtening the Executive Team
EasyVista is also excited to announce the appointment of a new Chief Technology Officer, Michael Cohen, who will drive the technology strategy at a global level. He is an award-winning leader in digital transformation who previously served as CTO for Egencia, PLM Software, and other companies with a global footprint.
EasyVista has also appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Pauline Caillard, former Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at global AdTech leader Criteo, and Finance Director at L'Oreal. Caillard will focus primarily on enabling profitable growth through a sound investment strategy.
Caillard is joined by Emmanuel Bagaglia, the new Chief Customer Experience Officer. His experience with Sierra Wireless as Sr. Director of Global Technical Support & Success will enable him to focus on strengthening value delivery to customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Together with EasyVista’s Chief Marketing Officer, Nancy Louisnord, who joined at the end of 2020, the leadership team is now fully in place and ready to continue expanding innovation and agility to create greater value for customers worldwide while working toward the company’s vision for ambitious growth.
“EasyVista’s loyalty to IT and to their strong values of customer centricity, trust, passion, and innovation immediately stood out to me,” says Barbedette. “I am thankful to work alongside an accomplished leadership team during a time of significant growth with many opportunities ahead. Together, I am confident we can achieve our 2025 ambitions to bring innovation to our customers more quickly while delivering on our promise to ‘Make IT Easy’.”
EasyVista’s founders, Sylvain Gauthier and Jamal Labed, will transition to serve on the board of directors to ensure continuity and continued positive outcomes for both customers and employees.
