Austin, who previously held the combined titles of Bank President and Chief Executive Officer, will continue to serve as the Bank's Chief Executive Officer. As previously reported, Mr. Caldwell, who currently serves as the Company's Vice President, was appointed to Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank, effective January 1, 2024.
