BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boise Cascade Company’s (Boise Cascade or the Company) (NYSE: BCC) Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, an increase of $0.03 per share or 25%, as well as a special dividend of $1.00 per share to holders of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2022 to stockholders of record on December 1, 2022.
