PALO ALTO, Calif., March 06, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBIO) (“BridgeBio”), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on genetic diseases and cancers, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of shares of its common stock. BridgeBio also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by BridgeBio.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Evercore, and Morgan Stanley are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.

The shares of common stock are being offered by BridgeBio pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3ASR that was previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 7, 2020 and automatically became effective upon filing.
