Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE) has elected Michael W. Malafronte as the new chairman of its board, effective November 9, 2022. Malafronte, an independent director since 2016, succeeds Lisa Wardell. His extensive experience in equity markets and leadership roles positions him to enhance Adtalem's strategy and oversight. Adtalem’s ongoing process to maintain a board with the optimal mix of skills, expertise, diversity, and experience is critical to the delivery of long-term value for shareholders and the achievement of superior academic outcomes for our students.
