Amazon announced at the Accelerate 2021 conference that over 100,000 brands have started selling in its U.S. store this year, with a 60% year-over-year sales increase for brands for the 12-month period ending June 30, 2021. New tools and services introduced include the Brand Referral Bonus, Customer Engagement tool, A+ Story Cards, and Customer Review Resolution tool. The company invested over $18 billion in logistics and services last year to support sellers, contributing to an estimated 1.8 million U.S. jobs.
