Alerus Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: ALRS) reported a net income of $9.3 million for Q2 2022, down from $10.2 million in Q1 2022 and $11.7 million in Q2 2021. Earnings per diluted share were $0.52, impacted by merger expenses from acquiring Metro Phoenix Bank.
