Under the agreement effective April 11, 2025, Zentek will provide FSCO with HVAC filter media featuring their proprietary graphene-silver-based technology. The filters will be marketed throughout Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, with revenue shared between both companies.
