Under the terms of the investment agreement, over the next three years, Bobsin Corp is entitled to additional cash or equity returns based on certain liquidity or corporate transaction events, with potential returns tied to the appreciation of Zenvia's share price. This arrangement could lead to a maximum shareholder dilution of about11% at the time of such events. - The Company also introduced, on the same date, its Normalized EBITDA guidance for 2024, with a range between BRL 120 million and
