During the first six months of 2023, the Bank experienced strong growth in loans held for investment of $36 million or 7.3%, while maintaining a strong liquidity position.

Net income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, was $4.2 million versus $2.5 million for the same period in 2022. For the six months ended June 30, 2023, net income available to common shareholders was $3.9 million, or $0.55 per share, compared to $2.2 million, or $0.31 per share, for the six months ended June 30, 2022.
