Organic Net Sales is defined as net sales excluding the impacts of acquisitions, divestitures and independent operator (“IO”) route conversions.

Adjusted Net Income is defined as Net Income excluding the additional Depreciation and Amortization expense, a non-cash item, related to fair value adjustments on property, plant, and equipment, and definite-lived intangibles relate to business combinations recorded in prior periods.
