Six-Person Advisor Team Joins UBS Private Wealth Management in San Francisco, CA
UBS Private Wealth Management has welcomed a new team in San Francisco, comprising John “JT” Davenport, Angela Colombani, and Sean Livingston, who bring over 50 years of combined experience. They previously worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, managing $10.5 billion in client assets. The team, which also includes several associates, specializes in advising ultra-high-net-worth families, particularly in technology and healthcare sectors. UBS Private Wealth Management announced today that John “JT” Davenport, Angela Colombani and Sean Livingston have joined the firm in San Francisco, California. The team brings over five decades of combined experience to UBS and joins the firm after more than 10 years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where they built a successful business advising ultra-high-net-worth families. They manage
In addition to JT, Angela and Sean, the team also includes Client Service Associate Jordan Sayer, Senior Wealth Strategy Associate Chris Carothers, and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate Tyler Baker-Williams.

JT worked at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Arthur Andersen, before joining J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2010. At J.P. Morgan, he served as a Managing Director and head of the firm’s Northern California Technology Practice that specialized in advising private and public company executives in pre-transaction planning, equity compensation and investment strategies. JT holds an M.B.A. from the Berkeley-Colombia Executive M.B.A. Program and a B.S. from Miami University. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2001. JT currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee at Gateway Charter School in San Francisco.
Angela joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2000, where she served most recently as a Managing Director and Global Investment Specialist. She also led the Northern California Private Bank Healthcare practice that specialized in advising private and public company executives in pre-transaction planning, equity compensation and investment strategies. Angela has over 20 years of global capital markets and investment management experience. She holds a B.S. from California State University, Stanislaus where she was a four-year starter on the women’s basketball team.
Sean worked at PIMCO in Newport Beach, London and Munich before joining J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2009. At J.P. Morgan, he served as an Executive Director and Senior Client Advisor, leading the Private Equity/Venture Capital Team in Northern California. He holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. Sean is active in his local community and has served on various non-profit boards, including the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and Friends of the Children.
