Texas Instruments prices $1.5 billion of investment grade notes
Texas Instruments (Nasdaq: TXN) has priced three series of senior unsecured notes totaling $1.5 billion. The notes consist of $500 million of 1.125% notes due September 15, 2026, $500 million of 1.900% notes due September 15, 2031, and $500 million of 2.700% notes due September 15, 2051.
