("Talisker" or the "Company") (CSE:TSK)(OTCQX:TSKFF) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to list its common shares on the TSX. The common shares are expected to begin trading on the TSX on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 under the symbol "TSK".

In connection with the listing of the common shares on the TSX, the Company will submit a request to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). Such delisting is expected to be effective after the close of trading on October 13, 2020.

Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the common shares.
