Tower Semiconductor Reports 2022 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Results
Tower Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TSEM) announced a strong financial performance for full year 2022, with revenue reaching $1.68 billion, an 11% increase from $1.51 billion in 2021. The net profit surged 76% to $265 million, translating to a 16% net margin. In Q4 2022, revenue was $403 million, slightly down from $412 million in the previous year, yet organic revenue rose by 6%. The report also highlighted a 42% increase in gross profit year-over-year.
Despite restructuring due to the cessation of Arai's operations, the company reported operating profit of $99 million in Q4 2022, marking 77% growth year-over-year.
