Funds raised during 19-day event will support access to hands-on training in health, science, agriculture and civic engagement for thousands of young people

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), in partnership with National 4-H Council, announced today its 2024 spring Paper Clover campaign raised over $1.3 million for 4-H youth nationwide, moving the fundraiser’s grand total significantly beyond the $20 million milestone achieved one year ago.

“We are once again filled with gratitude and admiration for the way our local communities have shown up to help young people access 4-H programming,” said John Ordus, chief stores officer at Tractor Supply and member of the National 4-H Council board of trustees. “In the span of 13 years, we have achieved remarkable results, and we are on pace to reach another major milestone even faster. Thank you to all of our neighbors and customers who continue to support our partnership with 4-H and share our appreciation of its important work.”

The biannual Paper Clover fundraiser invites customers to purchase a paper clover at checkout in Tractor Supply stores nationwide or online at TractorSupply.com. Ninety percent of all donations directly support 4-H youth in the state in which they were made, while the remaining 10% support national 4-H programming.

4-H programs are grounded in the belief that kids learn best by doing. Kids and teens complete hands-on projects in areas like science, health, agriculture and civic engagement, in a positive environment where they receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles. 4-H programs and resources are available through CLOVER or through local in-person and virtual 4-H clubs, 4-H camps, in-school and after-school programs.

Tractor Supply began partnering with 4-H in 2010 to support the next generation of leaders across the U.S. Together, they have raised more than $20 million through the Paper Clover campaign, impacting more than 80,000 young people.
