Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - March 21, 2024) - TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX) ("TrustBIX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive international territory reseller agreement (the "Agreement"), effective March 19, 2024, between Alberta Food Security Inc. ("AFS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of TrustBIX, and AgriPlay Ventures Inc. ("AgriPlay"). The Agreement allows AFS to resell exclusive territorial licenses for AgriPlay's indoor farming technology to territory managers globally. The Agreement has a duration of 10 years and is subject to certain performance conditions.
