Northern Lights Fund Trust II announced today that the LifeGoal Vacation Investment ETF (NYSE: SUNY) and LifeGoal Children Investment ETF (NYSE: CHLD) will close following a review of market demand. The Northern Lights Fund Trust II Board of Trustees approved the closing and subsequent liquidation of SUNY and CHLD. Each fund’s last day of trading will be February 8, 2022, which will also be the final day for creations or redemptions by authorized participants. Each fund will cease operations, withdraw its assets, and distribute the remaining proceeds to shareholders on February 15, 2022.
