Third Quarter 2023 and Recent Business Highlights:

$8.9 million compared to$9.4 million for the third quarter of 2022, a total decrease of6.0% . - Non-GAAP EBITDA improved to
$1.0 million compared to$0.6 million for the third quarter of 2022. - Dr. Dolev Rafaeli, named new Vice-Chairman, President and CEO, effective October 31, 2023.
