During the second quarter of fiscal 2023, the Partnership utilized cash flows from operating activities and borrowings under the revolving credit facility to purchase the RNG assets described above and make additional investments in Oberon Fuels, in support of the Partnership's long-term strategic goal of building out a renewable energy platform.
