The Company made significant strides in its announced transformation to transportation services from an upstream oil and gas focused services company during the fiscal year 2020. SMGI acquired 5J Trucking and 5J Oilfield Services, sold its MG Cleaners subsidiary in December 2020, and positioned its other upstream oil and gas divisions, such as Trinity Services, for divestiture or sale.
