This year’s program follows a highly successful launch in 2021, in partnership with Florida International University, Miami Dade College and the University of Miami, where over 5,000 registrants from 50 countries attended the classes, and thousands more watched the lessons on-demand.

Operator School is part of SoftBank Group’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a new generation of diverse tech talent and complements the exclusive operating content that the SoftBank Latin America Fund provides its founders. The curriculum provides participants with a deep understanding of tech startup operations, the venture capital ecosystem, and the various ways to add value in the tech industry.
