The Board of Directors of Stepan Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.385 per share. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2025, to common stockholders of record on March 3, 2025. The Company increased its quarterly cash dividend in the fourth quarter of 2024 by $0.010 per share, marking the 57th consecutive year that the Company has increased its cash dividend to stockholders.
