Wehmer has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to retire from the Board as of the date of the Company's next annual meeting of stockholders, which is scheduled for April 29, 2025. Mr. Wehmer will continue to serve on the Company's Board until that date.

Mr. Wehmer joined the Company's Board in 2003. He has served as Lead Independent Director since 2016 and served as Chair of the Audit Committee from 2007 to 2023.
