The device offers integrated control of HVAC, lighting, and blinds, promising energy savings up to 35%. It includes 17 input/output connection points and features temperature, humidity, and occupancy sensing. The controller can reduce maintenance staff hour costs by up to 25% through wireless connectivity options and simple engineering tools. It has shown to reduce occupant complaints by up to 23% through enhanced energy optimization.
The controller is currently available, with additional features planned for rollout in 2025, including AI-driven HVAC optimization in late Q1 2025.
