Schneider Electric has been named the Official Energy Management Partner of the new Nissan Stadium, future home of the Tennessee Titans, in a five-year partnership starting Spring 2027. The company will implement advanced energy management technologies in the 2.1-million-square-foot facility, projected to generate $33.7 billion in economic impact over 30 years.
The partnership includes integration of clean uninterruptible backup power, IT infrastructure, electrical distribution systems, and Building Management Systems. These implementations are expected to achieve a 20% reduction in energy consumption and 30% reduction in downtime.
Several technologies will be manufactured in Tennessee, where Schneider Electric operates facilities in Franklin, Smyrna, and Mt. Juliet. The new stadium, under construction adjacent to the existing one, will host Titans and Tennessee State University games, along with entertainment and civic events, with completion scheduled for February 2027.
