SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SBAC) (“SBA”) announced today that it has priced an offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). SBA expects the closing of the Notes to occur on January 29, 2021. The Notes will have an interest rate of 3.125% and will be issued at a price of 100% of their face value.

On January 12, 2021, SBA delivered a redemption notice with respect to all $750 million of its outstanding 4.000% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “2017 Notes”).
