The Lease is for an initial five-year period with two, five-year renewal options at the option of Revitalist. Revitalist will initially rent 3,500 square feet and has the right of first refusal (the “ROFR”) on an additional 4,500 square feet located on the same premises for a total of 8,000 square feet.
