Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE:6723) has launched the RA4E1 Group of 32-bit microcontrollers based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core. These new MCUs operate at 100MHz and are noted for their low power consumption, using only 60µA/MHz. This entry-line addition expands the RA Family, which now includes over 150 variants.
