Previously, Augustine was the global chief talent officer for FCB Global, an IPG fully integrated marketing communications company; senior vice president of Human Resources and Employee Services at Scholastic; senior vice president of Talent Management at Time Warner, as well as senior vice president of Human Resources and president of the Broadcast Group at The New York Times Company. Augustine began her career as a lawyer specializing in employment law, labor relations and employee benefits.
