MIAMI, March 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) (the "Company") today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 16,938,148 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of the Company. The underwriters will offer the Shares sold by the Company to the public at $91.00 per share.

The offering is expected to close on March 3, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
