QuickLogic Set to Join Russell 3000® Index
QuickLogic (NASDAQ: QUIK), a developer of embedded FPGA IP, announced its inclusion in the Russell 3000® Index, effective July 1, 2024. This move follows the release of the preliminary additions list on May 24, 2024.
The Russell 3000® Index encompasses the largest 4,000 US stocks, ranked by market capitalization as of April 30, 2024. Membership guarantees inclusion in the Russell 2000® Index and relevant growth and value style indexes for one year.
This recognition highlights QuickLogic's growth and strategic transformation since launching its eFPGA IP business model in 2020. The Russell indexes, used by institutional investors to benchmark around $10.5 trillion in assets, are essential for accurate market reflection and investment strategies.

The annual Russell US Indexes reconstitution captures the 4,000 largest US stocks as of Tuesday, April 30th, ranking them by total market capitalization. Membership in the US all-cap Russell 3000® Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index as well as the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings, and style attributes.
