(Nasdaq: PIH) (the “Company”), a holding company which is implementing business plans to operate as a diversified holding company of reinsurance and investment management businesses, today announced the filing of its financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2020 on Form 10-Q, which can be found at the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov, or at PIH’s corporate website: www.1347pih.com.

The company will hold its annual meeting on December 14, 2020, the details of which can be found in the annual proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 30, 2020.
