Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQX: PFLC) reported net income of $4.7 million ($0.45 per diluted share) for Q4 2022, a 62% increase from Q3 2022. Yearly net income decreased 14% to $10.9 million. 4.12% compared to3.42% from the preceding quarter and expanded 133 basis points from2.79% in the like quarter a year ago. - Gross loans balances increased
3% or$19.2 million to$640.7 million at December 31, 2022, compared to$621.5 from the preceding quarter end. - Return on average assets (“ROAA”) was
1.41% , compared to0.86% for the preceding quarter and0.63% for the fourth quarter of 2021. - Core deposits declined by
$70.2 million to$1.13 billion , compared to$1.20 billion from the third quarter 2022, with core deposits representing96% of total deposits as of December 31, 2022.
