Cramer will report directly to Otis President & CEO, Judy Marks. Otis is the world's leading company for elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service.

Cramer joined Otis in 1986 and served in several branch and regional general manager roles across the U.S. Most recently, he was the Regional Vice President of the U.S. Western Region where he and his team secured some of the company's most iconic project wins over the past decade. He also serves on the National Elevator Industry, Inc. (NEII) Board of Directors.
