Chef Alastair is a classically trained chef, culinary instructor, nutritionist, food writer, flexitarian, businessman and consultant with over 40 years of culinary experience operating restaurants in Vancouver and Whistler, BC. He has worked for prestigious organizations such as the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and has spent the last eight years as Executive Chef and VP of Corporate Sales for Rhineland Cutlery, presenting at food shows across Canada.
Under the direction of Chef Alastair, the Company is developing a series of on-line, plant-based nutrition cooking shows to demonstrate how simple it is to incorporate delicious, wholesome Natera Foods into their diets. In addition to providing informative content for consumers, these shows will further enhance the Company's e-commerce and social media strategy and presence for Natera Plant Based Foods.
