(“ARway”) in an all-stock transaction and will hire key founders Baran Korkmaz and Nikhil Sawlani. Upon closing of the acquisition, the Company issued 609,666 common shares in the capital of the Company at a deemed value of CAD$2.06 per share. The common shares will be subject to certain contractual restrictions on trading for a period of up to 23 months from the date of issuance, and a statutory hold period expiring on December 27, 2021.
