(NASDAQ: NCBS) ("Nicolet"), the holding company for Nicolet National Bank, today announced the appointment of Héctor Colón to Nicolet's Board of Directors.  Mr. Colón is the President and CEO of Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
