The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about January 17, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Members of management, affiliated investors and certain high-quality healthcare focused investors are participating in this offering.
