PITTSBURGH, Dec. 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Montauk Renewables, Inc. (“Montauk” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MNTK), a renewable energy company specializing in the management, recovery and conversion of biogas into renewable natural gas (“RNG”), announced on Friday, December 17, 2021, that Bruce Raynor has resigned as an independent director on the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”), effective on February 28, 2022.

Bruce has been a valuable member of the Company’s Board, and the board of directors of its former parent company, since August 2014, including serving as the Chair of the Compensation Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and, most recently, serving on the Environmental, Social and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
