(NYSE: MN), ("Manning & Napier" or "the Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about November 22, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2021.
