NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) (the “Company”) announced today that it has priced $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.750% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “2032 Notes”) and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.250% Senior Notes due 2052 (the “2052 Notes” and, together with the 2032 Notes, the “Notes”). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment or redemption of the $350,000,000 outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 3.300% Senior Notes due March 14, 2023 (the “2023 Notes”). The closing of the Notes offering is expected to occur on October 31, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.
