BISMARCK, N.D., Feb. 13, 2025  /PRNewswire/ -- MDU Resources Group Inc. (NYSE: MDU) announced today that its board of directors has elected Darrel T. Anderson to serve as its vice chair, effective immediately. Anderson has been an independent director of MDU Resources since 2023, and chairs the Board's Compensation and Human Capital Committee.
