(“Montage” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MAU, OTCQX: MAUTF) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) to the TSX. The Company anticipates completing the graduation in the coming weeks.

Upon completion of the final listing requirements, Montage’s common shares will be delisted from the TSXV and commence trading on the TSX under the symbol “MAU”.
